Terms of Use
On this page, 12 sections
1. Agreement to these terms
These Terms of Use apply to digitalhypemedia.com (the “Site”), operated by Digital Hype Media (“DHM”, “we”, “us”) in San Diego, California. By using the Site you agree to them. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the Site.
2. Our services are agreed separately
The Site describes what we do. Any work we do for you is governed by a separate written proposal or agreement, not by these terms. The free audit is a no-obligation set of recommendations and does not by itself create a client relationship.
3. Results and case studies
Case studies and results on the Site describe what happened for specific clients. They are not a promise or guarantee of the results you will get: every business, market and budget is different.
4. Using the Site
Please use the Site lawfully. That means you won’t:
- try to break, overload or gain unauthorized access to the Site or the systems behind it;
- submit false information, or someone else’s information without their permission, through our forms;
- copy or scrape the Site in a way that burdens it, or use it to send spam.
5. Our content
The text, design, graphics, code and other content on the Site belong to Digital Hype Media or to the clients and partners who let us show their work. You may share links and quote short excerpts with credit; anything more needs our written permission.
6. Forms and messages
When you send us information through a form, you confirm it is accurate and yours to share. How we handle it is explained in our Privacy Policy. If you opt in to text messages, our SMS Terms apply.
7. Links to other sites
The Site links to other websites and tools, including the platforms we work with and sites we built for clients. We don’t control them and aren’t responsible for their content or practices.
8. Disclaimer
The Site and its content are provided “as is” for general information. We work to keep it accurate and available, but we don’t warrant that it is error-free or uninterrupted, and nothing on it is legal, financial or other professional advice for your situation.
9. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, Digital Hype Media is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses arising from your use of the Site.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California.
11. Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. The current version is always the one on this page.
