1. What we text
Digital Hype Media sends text messages to people who opt in on our website forms: replies about your inquiry, call and appointment reminders, and recurring automated marketing messages.
2. How you opt in
You opt in by ticking the optional SMS box on one of our forms and submitting it with your mobile number. Consent is not a condition of purchase.
3. Frequency and cost
Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply, depending on your mobile plan.
4. Opting out
Reply STOP to any message to stop receiving texts. We’ll send one message confirming you’re unsubscribed, and then no more.
5. Help
Reply HELP to any message for help, or email powerup@digitalhypemedia.com.
6. Carriers
Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
7. Your privacy
Your information will not be shared. We do not sell or share mobile numbers or SMS consent with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal information.
